Title Non-Profit Project with Szimbiozis Foundation for Improving Lives of Disabled People
Description Background:
Szimbiozis Foundation would like to improve the lives of disabled people in Hungary through education programs, employment and social integration.
Szimbiozis has already developed a wide range of engagement programs (incl., a farm with a motel, integrated workshops, cultural events). They host school groups and companies for tailored team building and recreational events upon request.
To strengthen competitiveness, attend incoming requests faster and differentiate themselves by having a sound USP, the organization would like to design standardized packages for companies looking for one of a kind team-building options.
Project objectives and deliverables:
The project team will be expected to run a market analysis, develop marketable offerings and business plan, with special emphasis on marketing / communications requirements while being coached and supported by McKinsey consultants along the project.
We are expecting a powerpoint presentation with the final recommendations and materials to discuss in milestone meetings with the client team (steering committee meetings).
Methodology & expectations:
− Collect and analyze benchmarks
− Discover and evalutate market opportunities
− Develop and test the offering by focusing on the USP
− Create the business plan and the marketin/communication plan connected to the offering
